Change is in the air

I haven’t posted any thoughts in a long time and when deleting all those old posts I noticed how my blog had changed.  It started out in one way, changed through the years to something else and now it seems there is going to be more changes. I don’t know if it’s a personal blog anymore or if it is something else. Or maybe I should keep Susie’s Thoughts personal and start another blog for my tutorials.  I’ll think about for a couple of days, I’ll let you know what I decide to do a little later.

I’ve started to get a regular income from my photos and my vector art, I don’t get a lot, but it’s regular and it’s growing. I know in my heart that photography and art is something I want to work with. I do enjoy my work as a teacher, but I love my work as an artist. I have six more months before I graduate and get my bachelor degree, after that I should start on my master if I want to continue working as a teacher. I’m not sure yet if a master in business administration or economics is what I want to do.

I’ve also planned to start a business with my daughters, we’ve planned it already for more than a year and one of my daughters is working on it full time now.  The business is going to be my daughters main income, so I will be free to do what I want. I’ve fallen in love with Florida and would like to be able to live there part of the year. I’m not ready to retire yet, but in three years all of my daughters will be adults and I can start planning what to do with the rest of my life.

I’ve said it before and I say it again, life is what we make of it. If we want something to happen we have to make it happen…

Welcome back! Nice to see you again, hope you enjoy your visit.

This is a very very impressive blog! I am almost completely illiterate re blog techniques so I am always delighted to find someone so willing so share their expertise (not that I know what a GImp is!) My blog is very hum ble. I shall be glad if you do a personal blog separate as I like to read about people’s personal lives.

Thank you, I will separate the blogs, but it will take some time to design the new site.
