I have decided to move all my tutorials to a new blog, but it will probably take a while before I get it done, because I bought a new camera. My old Canon Eos 350D is a good camera, but have it’s limitations and have also seen it’s best days. I haven’t had the camera for that long, only a little more than two years, but the model itself is already 4 years old. I got a good deal on the new Canon Eos 500D and could not resist. I got the camera yesterday and I’m still testing it, but I must say I love it. The image posted above is shot with the new camera and Canons EF 50mm/1.8 lens.

Thanks, Nancy. I like the new camera a lot, and even though it is a DSLR you can use it as a video camera too. Haven’t tried out that yet, waiting for a bigger memory card.
